A lot of the maintenance calls at the A/C supplier come from clients in the apartments closeby. The apartments are managed by a immense supplier that contracts services with our supplier for heating plus A/C related problems. The apartment management business also has a supplier that handles the pool, groundskeeping, maintenance, plus the electric plus plumbing problems. When I get a call from an apartment, one of the first questions that I ask is whether or not the tenant has a pet. I have had a lot of pets sneak up on me in the past plus I was bit once. I recently had a call when I almost got bit by a guy’s pet although he was there. The pet was in the home office plus I was in the hallway. The pet seemed to be unquestionably well behaved. He wagged his tail when I came through the door with all of my tools. The pet sat in the home office while I tested the air conditioner repair… Everything seemed fantastic until I was getting ready to leave. The pet lunged at me plus tried to bite my arm. The owner of the pet stopped him in time, but I was pretty scared at that moment. I never would say that out loud to everyone, but I absolutely thought the pet was going to tear my arm off, and after the owner got a hold of the pet, he seemed much more calm. I got out of that apartment as quickly as I could after the maintenance was finished.
