After the tune-up, the tech suggested me to clean the HVAC duct

Every year my wife and I have a tune-up on our Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, and the tune-up is a good way to make sure that my heating, a/c, and ventilation system is clean and laboring properly.

Heating, Ventilation and A/C tune-ups can cover a lot of weird points and find problems that the naked eye might not see, however my wife and I have an Heating, Ventilation and A/C provider that has a 55-point checklist covering all of our machines.

The professional checks the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and they inspect the control unit. They look at all the wiring and connections to make sure that nothing is loose or afraid. They check the drain line and change the air filter. They also check the ventilation system and HVAC duct. Last year when my wife and I had our annual tune-up, the professional suggested that it was time to clean and sanitize the HVAC duct. During the winter time months, my pal and I had a lot of dust storms and there was a lot of build up inside of the HVAC duct. The ventilation was affected and a lot of dust and sand was still inside the house. The professional suggested getting the service done sooner than later. The professional quoted me a price for the services, and it was more than I wanted to spend, but I was going to be able to save $119 on the total price of the service if I had the work done now instead of calling for a service at a later time. That’s one good thing about the tune-up. If they find a complication and it needs to be repaired, I don’t have to spend money any additional fees for a service call.
