I’ve been enjoying the cool air from my air conditioning all summer time long, my air conditioning was replaced two years ago, so it’s still in great shape and cooling my dwelling efficiently, however i love knowing that my air conditioning is reliable and it’s going to keep my apartment cool.
I wish I could say the same about my boiler, however that’s not the case.
My boiler is well over a decade old and it’s on its way out. I couldn’t’ afford to replace both my air conditioning and my boiler at the same time, which is why it’s so old and my air conditioning isn’t. My Heating and Air Conditioning professional urged me to replace my boiler at the end of winter so it would be ready for the following fall, however I couldn’t bring myself to do it… Now, I’m regretting that decision. I’ve been enjoying the peace that came with knowing my air conditioning wouldn’t provide out on me at any moment, however that bubble is going to burst when I start using my boiler again! The boiler is old and inefficient, and there’s always the chance that it will stop working for good. I’m thinking about replacing the boiler soon with the hope that it will be cheaper during the summer time months, however I haven’t seen any sales. A current boiler will cost thousands of dollars, however it could be worth it. I should have listened to my Heating and Air Conditioning professional about replacing it last year. Then, I wouldn’t have all this stress and anxiety.
