I recently moved into a current household with two of my genuinely nice friends… My nice friend and I have all lived together before and thought it would be fun to have our own arena now that we aren’t in college anymore.
My nice friend and I moved in about a month ago and so far everything is going great.
My nice friend and I do genuinely like living together and we have not had any concerns yet. The arena we moved into is genuinely great too. My nice friend and I are able to have people over to the household pretty regularly because we have a lot of room. Our backyard is big too! My nice friend and I even have a mango tree in the backyard that is producing fruit. I could not have asked for a better situation, then however, we are having complications with the smart control machine that came with the house. Our landlord is absolutely techy and had the best appliances installed right before we all moved into the house. However, the smart control machine is genuinely giving us some complications, and for some reason the smart control machine will just change hot and cold temperatures in the middle of the morning without anyone changing the control unit. I did some research online and figured out that our smart control machine was programmed on a schedule that we would have to change in order to manually set the temperature of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. It took me a couple of hours of messing with the smart control machine to finally figure out how to deprogram the schedule that our landlord had on it. I hope that I was able to fix the problem because we genuinely don’t want to have to call an Heating, Ventilation and A/C company to come out to the household if we can just fix the problem ourselves.
