Finally, they sent me one that was not broken, as well as it worked absolutely well. I moved houses that winter season as well as lost that air conditioner in the process. This year, I bought the same brand of air conditioner, as well as it seems to be working great. I have been using it for about four months now, as well as I have not had any troubles. Hopefully, it will continue to work because I am so sick of buying air conditioners that don’t work.
