My husband refuses to go with me at all unless it is just to drop something off to her because he just cannot stand the heat
I am pretty sure that most older people keep their house relatively warm. I totally understand it, as well as I am sure that I will do the same one afternoon, however my Grandmother takes it too far. I cannot believe that she has not had a heat stroke in her house yet. It is literally ninety-five degrees in her house while in the wintertime. I can hardly stand to be there for more than just a few minutes because of how moderate it is, then she gets aggravated that I do not stay for long periods of time, so I tried to explain to her that her house is just too warm, however she did not understand. She thought that I was being ridiculous. I try to invite her to our house as often as possible, so that I can see her, then but, she is consistently complaining about how freezing my house is as well as how my teenagers are going to get sick because it is so freezing in my house. My house is literally seventy-two degrees, as well as she thinks that it is freezing. I do not understand it, as well as I do not believe that I ever will. I guess I will just have to get used to perspiring like a pig when I am at her house. I opened a window in the residing room to let some cool air in last time that I was there, as well as to my surprise, she did not notice. I feel bad, but I just can’t help however do something.
