There is a Mexican food truck that passes by my area of work faithfully every Tuesday and Thursday.
The food they sell out there on the streets outside my business is absolutely amazing! I’ve learned that I need to get out there quickly to get in line, because they’re extremely popular.
I don’t know if they have any intention of doing so, but I really wish they would settle down and start a restaurant somewhere. Their food is delicious, and the only thing that’s missing from the experience is being able to enjoy an indoor and climate controlled environment while you’re having your meal. The break room at my place of work is always so crowded and noisy at lunch hour, and the air conditioning blasts constantly, which makes it very uncomfortable. This makes it to where I end up taking my food and walking all the way to my car in the parking lot, just so I can eat in peace and quiet and on my own terms when it comes to the air conditioning. I don’t mind this too much, but if these cooks set up shop somewhere nearby, I would go there for lunch nearly every day. I usually prefer being nice and comfortable when I eat food from a vendor. The comfort of the environment and being in a comfortable temperature is rather important to me, so it’s a testament to how much I love their Mexican food that I’m willing to stand outside in the heat and wait for my order! I think I’m going to ask them next Tuesday whether they’re interested in the restaurant idea.
