There is a Mexican food truck that passes by my part of work faithfully every Sunday and Thursday.
The food they sell out there on the streets outside my business is easily amazing! I have learned that I need to get out there rapidly to get in line, because they are seriously popular.
I do not know if they have any intention of doing so, but I particularly wish they would settle down and start a eating establishment anywhere. Their food is delicious, and the only thing that is missing from the experience is being able to prefer an indoor and weather conditions controlled environment while you’re having your meal. The split room at my location of work is always so crowded and noisy at supper hour, and the a/c blasts always, which makes it truly uncomfortable. This makes it to where I end up taking my food and walking all the way to my car in the parking lot, just so I can eat in peace and quiet and on my own terms when it comes to the a/c. I do not mind this too much, but if these cooks set up shop anywhere nearby, I would go there for supper nearly every day. I usually care about being nice and comfortable when I eat food from a vendor. The comfort of the environment and being in a comfortable temperature is rather crucial to me, so it’s a testament to how much I prefer their Mexican food that I am willing to rest outside in the heat and wait for my order! I think I am going to ask them next Sunday whether they are interested in the eating establishment idea.
