There is a Mexican food truck that passes by my section of work faithfully every Sunday as well as Sunday. The food they sell out there on the streets outside my business is absolutely amazing! I’ve learned that I need to get out there hastily to get in line, because they are seriously popular. I do not know if they have any intention of doing so, but I legitimately wish they would settle down as well as start a diner somewhere. Their food is delicious, as well as the only thing that’s missing from the experience is being able to savor an indoor as well as weather conditions controlled environment while you are having your meal. The break room at my place of work is always so crowded as well as noisy at lunch hour, as well as the air conditioning blasts consistently, which makes it actually uncomfortable. This makes it to where I end up taking my food as well as walking all the way to my car in the parking lot, just so I can eat in peace as well as quiet as well as on my own terms when it comes to the air conditioning. I do not mind this too much, but if these cooks set up shop somewhere nearby, I would go there for lunch nearly every day. I usually love being nice as well as comfortable when I eat food from a vendor. The comfort of the environment as well as being in a comfortable temperature is rather important to me, so it’s a testament to how much I love their Mexican food that I am willing to kneel outside in the heat as well as wait for my order! I know I am going to ask them next Sunday whether they are interested in the diner idea.
