Lately in the part that I live my friend and I have been having really awful fires… Everyday you hear horror stories in the news about the fire destroying homes and leaving people with nothing. Thankfully, my friend and I have not been in the direct line of fire, but the smoke in the air has been really hard to handle. I feel awful complaining about the smoke when some people have lost everything. However, the smoke is making it hard to breath when my friend and I walk outside and lately it has even been awful inside out home. The type of air conditioning my friend and I have brings in air from outside, cools it then puts the freezing air out into our home! Well because the outdoor air is filled with smoke, this means our house is starting to fill with smoke. I called our local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to see if there was anything my friend and I could do, but they didn’t have nice news for me. They said if I wanted to repair the issue with the smoke in my house, I would have to install a current type of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system that didn’t pull in the outside air. I knew installing a brand current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system was out of the question, then so, for now my friend and I are just going to have to deal with the smoke and get a purification system that will hopefully help with the smoke problems. I know that our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C troubles are pale in comparison, but I have to admit they are really causing some problems in my house and with my family.
