I have to confess that I get stressed out more often than not.
I know most people don’t let stress get to them but unfortunately for me that is something I have to worry about.
Thankfully, my husband is great with stress and helps me manage mine without any complaints. He asked me to call a local heating and cooling company last week so I could make an appointment to fix our broken air conditioning. However, I let the stress of calling the heating and cooling company get to me and I never ended up making the call. I know my husband is going to be annoyed that I didn’t call the local heating and cooling company for him, but I just didn’t know what to do. I stressed about what I was going to say for two days straight and it just ate away at me. I decided to tell my husband that I didn’t call the heating and cooling company and I know he’s going to be disappointing to me for not living up to my promise. However, I do think my husband will end up calling the heating and cooling company for me because he knows that my stress level is getting so high and doesn’t want me to worry about disappointing him. I am so thankful for him and his ability to deal with my stress levels because without him I really don’t know what I would do. Once I told my husband he agreed to call the heating and cooling company for me without any complaints.
