He felt there was still a need to find equipment that works for their kind of weather
My brother and his family lived in an area with bipolar weather, as my nephew loved to call it. One time the weather would be great and one would be outdoors enjoying the beauty of nature, and the next minute it would either be too hot or too cold for comfort. For years, Nick had asked his parents to move to a different region so that he could enjoy playing outdoors for a long time like other kids his age. Unfortunately, my brother and his wife were running a business that they couldn’t leave just yet. This meant that Nick had to find a way to cope, which he did. From an early age, he started showing interest in HVAC systems. You would find him in his father;s garage trying to study how the different HVAC equipment works. His dad ran an HVAC business where he sold both new and used heating and cooling units. He also had a few HVAC techs working for him. The garage had lots of components from the HVAC system. Nick went in there often to observe the HVAC professionals working whenever they were not out in the fields. The last time I visited my brother and his family, Nick told me he wanted to invent a unique HVAC system that would automatically adjust to the surrounding weather changes. He felt there was still a need to find equipment that works for their kind of weather. While I didn’t doubt his desire and potential, I couldn’t help but wonder if Nick would end up in the HVAC industry just like his father. Only time will tell !
